Convergys Speech Solutions Available To The On-Premise Hosted Market

Convergys joins Cisco's Voice Portal Star Program --

This alliance better enables Convergys to expand from its market-leading position as a hosted speech solutions provider to offer speech solutions to the on-premise (client hosted) market. By working with Cisco and its partners, Convergys Speech Self-Service applications can be hosted on any platform including the Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal platform.
